Our plan to implement our project: Our plan to implement our project is to continue to do research on Ocean power and its impacts, along with communicating with companies that support our type of project, to possibly help get funding for the ocean power buoys and other technologies to be able to create clean and renewable energy that would be more beneficial for our environment. An individual ocean power buoy can produce up to 250 kilowatts of power, which is enough for about 200 homes.
In 2019 a experiment that has been on going for a year is occurring. Ireland has sent to Oahu a 500 kilowatt ocean energy converter, enough to power 500 homes. This devices is at least 3 stories tall with 35 meters in length. Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) has funded 12 million into this project with ocean energy. Many officials state that this has been a "remarkable achievement" so far. And can't wait to see the out come of the next few months. Ireland has made some of the most progress with ocean power ever seen.
